There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representatives Meyer, Ramras, and Chenault moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Thomas, LeDoux, Edgmon, Wilson, Kerttula, Lynn, and Guttenberg: Page 28, line 13: Insert a new section to read: "Sec. . Outstanding monetary judgments. A license may not be issued under this chapter to an applicant that is subject to an outstanding unpaid monetary judgment stemming from a claim based in Alaska greater than $100 million."
